We make sure of hygiene and infection prevention by regularly monitoring and testing our staff, associates, and guests and also regular and deep surface cleaning.

Social Distancing
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We will be adding partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates.
Hand Sanitizers and Temperature Checking
Hand sanitizing stations are being installed throughout the hotel public spaces, from Reception to elevator landings, SPA, and Restaurants. Temperature readings of non-resident guests are taken at the entrance of the hotel. Temperature readings of resident guests and team members are also taken once a day.
Public Spaces
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
Well Sanitized Rooms
In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants and we will be placing disinfecting gel and wipes in each room for your use. For the safety of our guests, rooms will be sanitised after guests check out, kept vacant for 24 hours and then allocated.
